What Bradford White says to do
Filter must be cleaned when the alarm is displayed. To clean the filter: leave the power ON; pull the filter out of the slot on the air intake; vacuum, wipe clean with a damp cloth, or rinse with warm water; once cleaned and dried, align it into the slot on the top of the unit and push it into place. If the dirty filter alarm returns within a few days after cleaning and resetting, further diagnosis by a service technician is necessary.
