What it means
T1 tank temperature sensor failure. Just before compressor starts, control checks T1 sensor is within 30°F - 170°F temperature range.
The manual says the control must detect this 1 time(s) before the code is displayed.
What Bradford White says to do
Contact a certified technician to assess and repair the water heater based on the fault codes.
