Bradford White · Heat pump RE2H (-1NCWT models)
Bradford White Heat pump RE2H (-1NCWT models) error code F13
What it means
Stuck Key fault. This indicates there is a button on the front panel that is stuck down. This button is inoperable. Other buttons work normally. If the button becomes free, the fault code will clear by itself.
The manual says the control must detect this 1 time(s) before the code is displayed.
What Bradford White says to do
These steps involve electrical testing or parts replacement. Bradford White's manuals tell owners to leave that work to a qualified service technician.
Check to see if all buttons are operable. Ensure control board is fully snapped into control housing. If board is fully seated, control assembly has failed.
